Whereas we have substantial information on how sensory stimuli are processed and have gained a good understanding on how the brain organises eye and arm movements, we have rather limited knowledge about how reward information is processed by the brain and used for decisions for obtaining objects that are essential for our survival. The current symposium will bring together leading researchers that have made major contribution to the field in the past several years.
